The Green Room is Winsted's premier coffeehouse, espresso bar, and eatery. We specialize in organic, fair-trade, single-origin coffees, fine teas, and vegetarian breakfast and lunch. What makes us green? For starters, we compost everything that will break down, completing nature's cycle while enriching the soil. We also recycle - and not just cardboard - we do it the way you do at home: plastics, tin, foil, paper, glass; in short, anything they will take! Finally, we encourage our customers to use reusable dinnerware, from cups to plates and utensils. If you bring your own cup or use an in-house cup, we stamp a card, and your 11th drink is free:)

Rock the Bike @ Norfolk Farmers Market!
SATURDAYS THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER, The Green Room is at the Norfolk Farmers market from 10am to 1pm with THE FENDER BLENDER! The Green Room will be making smoothies and frozen drinks with HUMAN-POWER using the bike on the right! Just cruise into Norfolk center on Rt 44 and look for the signs for the Farmers market. You can’t miss it. We also have normal business hours at our Winsted store.
